In Short

• Primary assignment in the Munich – Ingolstadt – Landshut area.
• Care and support of patients in homes, clinics, nursing services, and medical practices, including training for nursing staff.
• Responsible consultation, guidance, and support of patients and their relatives during the transition from hospital to home or outpatient care.
• Professional care according to medical prescriptions with a focus on: stoma, continence, wound management, tracheotomy, enteral and parenteral nutrition.
• Independent and responsible care of customers.
• Active development and expansion of customer relationships, maintaining and deepening existing networks, and continuous development of cooperation structures.
• Ensuring on-call duty in the context of patient care and support in consultation with your team.

Requirements

• Completed training in nursing – health and nursing assistant, nursing specialist or comparable.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in nursing.
• Mobility: Driving license Class B for your travels to patients.
• Fluent German language skills.
• Nice to have: Professional training such as wound expert ICW or stomatherapist, intensive care or palliative care.
