Revenue Compensation Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Revenue Compensation Specialist will serve as the end-to-end owner of our sales compensation program, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and transparency in commission cycles.

In Short

• Own end-to-end plan setup and administration in CaptivateIQ.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sales compensation questions.
• Lead the monthly commission calculation cycle.
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Maintain compensation data records and documentation.
• Support new hire onboarding regarding compensation.
• Ensure alignment between CRM data and commission calculations.
• Manage account assignment and goaling data.
• Participate in system upgrades and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in sales compensation or revenue operations.
• Hands-on experience with CaptivateIQ or similar platforms.
• Strong command of Salesforce and data analysis skills.
• Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance and Sales.
• Prior experience in a SaaS or high-growth environment preferred.
• Familiarity with compensation plan design principles is a plus.
