Overview

As a Member of Talent, Research & Sourcing, you will partner with recruiters to build top of funnel pipelines for various roles, positively impacting the growth of Anchorage Digital and the digital assets ecosystem.

• Partner with recruiters to build candidate pipelines.

• Leverage sourcing tools and boolean search techniques.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications.

• Source for locations including the US, Portugal, and Singapore.
• Understand Anchorage Digital’s products and ecosystem.
• Train hiring managers on sourcing strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
