Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist - Remote

Overview

Arcadis is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Shared Service (TASS) team in Makati City, Philippines. This position will work the night shift from 9:00pm – 6:00am local time. This is a hybrid position working both in the office and remotely.

In Short

• Provide recruitment and administrative support to the North America Talent Acquisition team.
• Complete passive and active sourcing, conduct initial resume screening and pre-screening interviews.
• Utilize various recruitment channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Manage job postings, interview scheduling, and offer creation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and process invoices/candidate travel expenses.
• Understand the complexity of recruitment in locations worldwide.
• Have solid recruitment experience with a thorough understanding of the recruitment process.
• Be digitally and technology competent with critical thinking skills.
• Engage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work independently and as a proactive team player.

Requirements

• Previous work experience in a similar industry or international recruitment agency.
• Extensive experience in Sourcing or Recruitment for US markets.
• Highly organized and able to manage a variety of requests.
• Experience using ATS & Sourcing Channels (i.e., Oracle Recruit Cloud, Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Detail-oriented and accurate at all times.
• Perseverance in finding the right candidate.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
