Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist (Mid Shift) - Remote

Overview

Arcadis is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Shared Service team in Makati City, Philippines. This position will work the mid shift from 3:00pm – 12:00am local time. This is a hybrid position working both in the office and remotely.

In Short

• Provide recruitment and administrative support to the UK Talent Acquisition team.
• Complete passive and active sourcing, conduct initial resume screening and pre-screening interviews.
• Utilize various recruitment channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Manage job postings, interview scheduling, and offer creation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and process invoices/candidate travel expenses.
• Understand the complexity of recruitment in locations worldwide.
• Have solid recruitment experience and understanding of employer branding.
• Be digitally and technology competent.
• Offer reliable recommendations/strategy to team members and stakeholders.
• Engage candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Previous work experience in a similar industry or international recruitment agency.
• Experience in Sourcing or Recruitment for EMEA or US markets preferred.
• Highly organized and able to manage a variety of requests.
• Experience using ATS & Sourcing Channels (i.e., Oracle Recruit Cloud, Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Perseverance in finding the right candidate.
• Independent, proactive, and a team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
