Overview

Anaplan is seeking a Senior Services Deal Desk Manager to join our fast-growing Global Services Deal Desk team, focusing on optimizing business decision-making through our leading scenario planning and analysis platform.

In Short

  • Provide expert guidance to Professional Services field teams.
  • Ensure efficient deal structuring and processing.
  • Review and confirm contract terms and conditions.
  • Draft, modify, and finalize contracts for Professional Services.
  • Review and approve deals in alignment with internal policies.
  • Handle day-to-day queries from Professional Services Sales teams.
  • Support Sales enablement through training initiatives.
  • Drive efficiency and process improvements.
  • Support commercial projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Finance in a SaaS company.
  • Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
  • Customer First perspective and ethos.
  • Experience with global/multinational customers.
  • Outstanding business partnering skills.
  • General understanding of Professional Services and Commercial topics.
  • Ability to acquire knowledge of Anaplan’s products.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
