As the Chief Marketing Maverick, you’ll take the reins of Analog’s marketing efforts, from strategy to execution, bringing the brand to life and solidifying our position in the Web3 space.

• Lead marketing efforts for a Layer-0 blockchain network.
• 5+ years of marketing leadership experience in Web3 or blockchain.
• Expertise in marketing during Token Generation Events and main-net launches.
• Build and manage a developer community across platforms like Discord and Telegram.
• Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Leverage a network of KOLs and influencers for partnerships.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
• Oversee content creation across various media.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams.
• Experiment with innovative marketing approaches.

Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing leadership, preferably in Web3 or blockchain.
• Deep experience in TGE and main-net marketing.
• Strong network in the crypto and tech ecosystems.
• Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with community management and conflict resolution.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
