Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing efforts and drive our growth in the global mobile gaming market.

In Short

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance performance and grow market share
• Oversee User Acquisition, ASO, Marketing Analytics, Creative & Production, and other marketing teams
• Manage marketing budgets, optimizing fund allocation to maximize ROI
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships within the mobile gaming ecosystem
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with company objectives
• Monitor market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
• Report directly to the CEO with key insights and strategic recommendations

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in mobile gaming marketing
• Minimum of 2 years in a senior leadership role
• Extensive knowledge in User Acquisition, ASO, marketing analytics
• Strong leadership abilities to inspire teams
• Proven analytical skills to enhance marketing strategies
• Excellent communication skills for negotiation and partnerships
• Creative mindset with a passion for mobile gaming
• Fluent in written and spoken English
