Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with expertise in benefits, compensation, and talent management.
• Skilled in partnering with business leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
• Recognized for high judgment, bias for action, and delivering results.
• Adaptable communicator who builds strong relationships to boost morale.
• Data-driven, discreet, and entrepreneurial, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity.
