In Short

• Support the sales team in selling recycling and municipal solid waste systems.
• Maintain and update the sales library with the latest materials.
• Act as a liaison between the commercial team and internal departments.
• Assist in contract administration and compliance.
• Create pitch materials and presentations for customer meetings.
• Research market data to enhance sales pitches.
• Support responses to RFPs and RFIs.
• Monitor government bid postings for opportunities.
• Maintain and update sales pipeline reports.
• Provide general administrative support.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• 5-8+ years in sales support or administrative roles.
• Experience in developing structured workflows.
• Proficient in Google Drive Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
