Senior Financial Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Remote position based in the United States
• Focus on financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
• Prepare financial reporting packages for management and investors
• Provide financial analysis to business unit leaders
• Ensure corporate model reflects latest business assumptions
• Conduct variance analysis and provide financial updates
• Support accounting team with FP&A tasks
• Analyze business trends and identify improvement opportunities
• Assist in preparing presentations for the Board of Directors
• Collaborate with the commercial team on project modeling

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus
• 3-5+ years of experience in FP&A or similar financial role
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Deep understanding of financial statements
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong business communication skills
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
• NetSuite or similar ERP experience preferred
