Regional Manager in Medical Technology - West Region - Remote

Overview

Amoena is an innovative and internationally active company with approximately 390 employees in 15 subsidiaries and more than 50 distributors, dedicated to supporting women after a breast cancer diagnosis to lead an active life with confidence.

In Short

• Responsible for sales in the assigned region
• Ensure growth and profitability through active sales
• Consult existing customers and acquire new ones
• Annual sales and volume planning for the sales area
• Reporting of relevant activities and monitoring of promotional measures
• Analyze the regional market including competition observation
• Plan and conduct product training and presentations

Requirements

• Relevant work experience in sales for consultative products, ideally in MedTech
• High motivation and result-oriented sales style
• Strong customer focus, negotiation skills, and communication strength
• Analytical and organizational skills with a structured way of working
• Good PC skills (MS Office)
• Willingness to travel (approx. 70%, within Germany)
