Overview

The Specialist HR Systems & Solutions (TA Configuration) at Amgen will leverage extensive experience in Talent Acquisition Workday configuration to enhance the Recruiting/Onboarding module of the Workday application.

In Short

• Collaborate on deploying and sustaining Workday Recruiting/Onboarding module.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for enhancements and testing.
• Serve as a key Workday configuration resource in Recruitment.
• Document work processes and design decisions.
• Monitor critical path activities and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with Information Security and Privacy policies.
• Work with Change Management Team for training and communication needs.
• Must have strong Workday configuration knowledge.
• 5+ years of HR experience required.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in HR with Workday configuration.
• 4 years experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with 5 years of HR IS experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong initiative and desire to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with global teams.
