Requirements

• Master’s degree with 8-10 years or Bachelor’s with 10-14 years in Information Systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills in data and analytics.
• Experience leading data and analytics teams in a Scaled Agile Framework.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
• Experience with Jira and agile project management.
• Strong understanding of sales and incentive compensation value streams.
• Familiarity with DevOps and Continuous Delivery methodologies.
• Experience in managing product features and developing roadmaps.
• Technical thought leadership in data management.
• Ability to prioritize based on business value.
