Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics & Insights - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics & Insights to help the Commercial organization quickly synthesize business performance insights and recommend value enhancing actions.

In Short

• Focus on driving the strategic data and analytics roadmap for the Commercial organization.
• Act as an analytical thought leader, delivering new insights with data from various sources.
• Provide insights that drive operational decision-making across all areas of the company.
• Contribute thought leadership and expertise to the development and scaling of commercial KPIs.
• Set up the capabilities to start to qualify innovation through consumer testing.
• Lead and coach the Commercial Analytics & Insights team.
• Be a strategic partner to Brand Management and Finance team.
• Lead scenario planning to inform key decisions across the portfolio.
• Assess market size and opportunity to guide product strategy.
• Shape Thrasio’s Commercial reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field with at least 8 years of experience.
• Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead analysts in complex analyses or analytical tool design.
• Attention to detail and excellent quality control.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across both business and technology teams.
• Strong executive communication skills.
• Expert user of business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Proficiency with Excel and SQL, Python, or other database programming languages.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
