Overview

The Senior Manager of Field Effectiveness will coordinate delivery efforts across teams in India and AIN, manage relationships, and ensure operational excellence in field analytics and reporting.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience in relevant fields or Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams and projects.
• Experience with sales force effectiveness and operations in the bio/pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel and SQL.
• Project management experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and bring innovative solutions.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and resources.
• Skills in critical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with sales planning and operations platforms.
