Overview

The Senior Associate of Human Resources – Workforce Administration will work on HR Technology at Amgen's Capability Center in Hyderabad, India, providing customer service support and monitoring HR system data.

• Respond to inquiries related to Amgen’s HR system, Workday.
• Provide excellent customer service as per SLAs.
• Analyze and document quarterly SOX processes for Workday Security roles.
• Perform system testing and configuration support for HR systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in human resources and corporate service center.
• Strong working knowledge of Workday and its functionalities.
• Experience in generating Workday reports and using EIBs.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with global, virtual teams.
• Strong technical acumen and decision-making skills.
• Desire to learn and grow in the HR field.
