The Senior Associate in Digital Governance plays a crucial role in supporting Amgen's Global Regulatory Affairs and Strategy organization by managing the tracking and documentation of digital sites and projects for compliance purposes.

In Short

• Support tracking and documentation of Amgen’s global digital sites.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Veeva PromoMats database management processes.
• Excellent written/oral communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience with social media and website management.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Project Management and Change Management experience preferred.
• Flexibility in working hours to support product launches.
