Overview

As a Project Manager within the Global Trade Enablement team at Amgen, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless collaboration across global functions.

In Short

• Lead onboarding for new GTE staff.
• Coordinate access to SAP, CDOCS, Smartsheets, and MS Teams.
• Maintain training systems and monitor GxP compliance.
• Manage collaboration tools and provide meeting support.
• Represent GTE in integration meetings and support global projects.
• Troubleshoot access issues and support internal systems.
• 3+ years in project management or business support.
• Proficiency in MS Teams, Smartsheets, and SAP.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., GxP compliance).
• Familiarity with Tableau and Salesforce is preferred.
• Experience with global teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Detail-oriented team player.
