Overview

The Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) Senior Manager at Amgen is responsible for executing the HEOR Book of Work, strategically aligned with the Access Strategy Lead, focusing on payer-relevant evidence generation and supporting Health Technology Assessment submissions.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of HEOR experience or equivalent.
• Health economics training (academic or on-the-job).
• Experience in writing research protocols and publications.
• Knowledge of HTA requirements and evidence synthesis.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in oncology therapeutic area is preferred.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Understanding of clinical development processes.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on tactical execution.
