DTI-CCE Technical Analyst - Remote

Overview

The DTI-CCE Technical Analyst will manage various DTI projects, ensuring compliance with mobile device management across multiple sites in Ireland while collaborating with departments and vendors.

In Short

• Oversee yearly iPhone/iPad refresh project.
• Ensure mobile device management compliance at all sites in Ireland.
• Manage mobile inventory for all locations including field and remote workers.
• Approve or decline requests for new lines across all Amgen Ireland locations.
• Review and manage the Amgen Ireland Vodafone account.
• Provide support for EVIP and AV events.
• Ensure successful onboarding of new hires and conduct training sessions.
• Manage inventory and procurement of peripherals & Apple products.
• Collaborate with various DTI service owners.
• Serve as a Chief Security Sentinel POC and manage escalations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in mobile device management.
• Experience with O365 collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with vendor management.
• Proficiency in inventory management and compliance.
• Ability to support staff in adopting new technologies.
• Experience in new hire onboarding.
• Ability to manage audits.
