In Short

• Collaborate with Product Teams and System Architects.
• Capture the voice of the customer to define business processes.
• Facilitate the breakdown of Epics into Features and User Stories.
• Ensure Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done are well-defined.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations and processes.
• Develop and execute effective product demonstrations.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are met.
• Participate in backlog reviews with the development team.
• Support Anaplan implementations and user training.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum and DevOps environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree and 1-3 years or Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience with agile project management systems like JIRA.
• Familiarity with low-code, no-code test automation software.
• Programming experience in one modern language (Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• Professional certifications such as Certified SAFe Agilist preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully.
• Team-oriented with a focus on achieving team goals.
• Strong presentation skills.
