Overview

This role plays a critical role in supporting the compliant and effective execution of key business programs through effective data analysis, ensuring operational integrity and enhancing business effectiveness.

• Effective data analysis for risk management and business effectiveness.
• Monitor data from key business activities and identify risk indicators.
• Generate reports to support decision-making for the Funding Review Committee.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical business operations.
• Familiarity with HCP/HCO-related programs.
• Strong compliance mindset and risk mitigation experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in process improvement and digitalization.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Analytical skills for dashboard and progress review.
