• Lead and oversee global R2O and Supplier Enablement strategy.
• Develop global standards for supplier onboarding and vendor master data.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive finance/accounting/business process experience.
• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of R2O processes and procurement strategies.
• Experience with analytical tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with procurement e-sourcing tools (Ariba, Coupa).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
• Professional certifications (CPA or MBA) preferred.
• Team-oriented with a focus on achieving goals.
