Overview

The Advocacy Relations Director for the Inflammation and Bone Business Unit is responsible for shaping and executing the patient advocacy strategy, elevating patient voices, and cultivating partnerships to address access barriers.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent qualifications.
• 7+ years of experience in patient advocacy or related fields preferred.
• Proven track record of building relationships with advocacy organizations.
• Experience in engaging advocacy partners throughout the product lifecycle.
• Understanding of health policy and access issues.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to operate in fast-changing environments.
• Recognized for executive presence and sound judgment.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical/biotech business model.
