In Short

• Manage a high volume of calls with existing or potential homeowners.
• Pre-screen potential borrowers by confirming basic information.
• Establish and maintain a friendly rapport with customers.
• Transfer qualified warm leads to licensed Loan Officers.
• Set appointments with consumers for Loan Officers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Full time (40 hrs/week) remote position.
• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday.
• Compensation: $16.50/hour plus bonuses.
• Target annual compensation: $34,000 to $55,000.

Requirements

• Inside or field sales experience required.
• Previous sales experience with a bonus component is a plus.
• Call center experience (inbound/outbound) strongly preferred.
• Telesales experience preferred.
• Previous collection, banking, financial services, or mortgage experience a plus.
• Must be high-energy and have a positive attitude.
• Must be articulate and able to quickly develop rapport.
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage high volume of calls.
• Must be independent, self-motivated and organized.
