AmeriSave Mortgage is a leading online mortgage lender focused on delivering responsible home lending solutions. The Mortgage Disposition Desk Manager will oversee a team to ensure compliance and efficiency in the mortgage disposition process.

In Short

• Manage the Dispositions Team, providing coaching and performance reviews.
• Monitor escalated disposition reversals and assist with urgent requests.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Compliance teams for file reviews.
• Review daily reports related to loan processing.
• Ensure adherence to policies and training in the disposition process.
• Provide monthly and weekly performance reports to management.
• Identify training needs and update internal documentation.
• Assist with audits and Fair Lending reviews.
• Manage the Compliance/Dispositions Mailbox.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; college preferred.
• 4+ years experience in mortgage lending; regulatory compliance experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ECOA, HMDA, and Fair Lending guidelines.
• Experience in loan processing and/or underwriting preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently.
