Overview

As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR Manager with core HR functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your primary focus will center around general HR responsibilities—such as staff relations and compliance—while also assisting with recruitment processes as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of HR experience, especially in remote settings.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. labor laws.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience with HR platforms like BambooHR is a plus.
• Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST.
