Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager supports AMS’s mission by growing individual and school memberships, maximizing member and non-member revenue, driving leads for events and new Montessori teachers, and increasing engagement with parents, schools, and other key audiences.

• Improve website performance and paid ad conversions.
• Oversee AMS’s main website and associated platforms.
• Manage relationships with external partners.
• Develop, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
• Use Google Analytics to measure performance.
• Analyze digital performance metrics for improvements.
• Lead efforts to enhance website functionality and user experience.
• Coordinate with external partners for scalability.
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues on content alignment.
• Ensure content aligns with SEO and conversion best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Significant hands-on experience managing WordPress websites.
• Proficiency with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO strategies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with A/B testing tools (preferred).
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS (preferred).
