Overview

The Customer Success Manager will maintain relationships with global clients, assist with onboarding, and monitor account health to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Maintain daily communication with global clients.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Support the annual renewal process.
  • Collaborate with tech support and PMs.
  • Develop FAQs and bilingual user guides.
  • Use Notion for managing client data.
  • Fluent in English required.
  • 1+ year of experience in a related field.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Proactive and patient.
  • 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS or customer support.
  • Familiar with online collaboration tools.
  • Experience with documentation and process optimization is a plus.
