Overview

The Software Engineering Learning Coach is responsible for delivering the learning components of the BSc Software Engineering programme, focusing on the Machine Learning specialization track, while adhering to ALU's educational principles.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 5 years of industry experience in Machine Learning.
• Demonstrated excellence in Machine Learning and mentoring experience.
• Excellent coaching and computing skills.
• Expertise in mathematical domains of Machine Learning.
• Experience with ML APIs and libraries.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze data for academic support interventions.
