The Vice President of Direct Originations will lead efforts in the Equipment Finance industry, focusing on client acquisition and relationship management across a national territory.

• Identify and qualify equipment lease and finance transactions.
• Assist in managing customer relationships through the transaction process.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Equipment Finance Sales.
• Proficient in finance and managing corporate relationships.
• Strong understanding of the equipment finance marketplace.
• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred.
• Ability to use Loan Pricing Model for lease quotations.
• High energy and desire to succeed.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Innovative problem-solving and market analysis skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, and Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
