  • Develop sensitivity testing models for negotiations.
  • Stay updated on emerging economic opportunities in healthcare.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of healthcare financial management experience.
  • Experience with CMS value-based payment model regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% or more.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Passion for improving healthcare.
  • Preferred: located near St. Louis, MO.
