Vice President of Finance & Operations - Remote

Overview

Appcues is seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Finance & Operations to lead our finance and operations team and elevate our financial planning, forecasting, business intelligence, revenue operations and operational finance capabilities while ensuring continued excellence in controls, governance, and corporate secretarial responsibilities.

In Short

• Build and scale forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling capabilities.
• Partner with teams to develop data-driven insights.
• Help product, engineering, and GTM teams set and measure goals.
• Ensure marketing, sales, and customer journey processes are fluid and measurable.
• Lead and integrate revenue operations and broader business operations.
• Define and execute a company-wide operational roadmap.
• Uphold rigorous financial controls and compliance.
• Act as a key partner to the CEO and executive team.
• Lead the finance and operations teams with clear goals.

Requirements

• Proven track record in senior finance leadership roles.
• Expertise in FP&A, forecasting, BI, operational finance.
• Experience driving cross-functional operational roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of financial controls and governance.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
