Overview

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to manage and ensure the proper functioning and operation of various hardware and software elements within the company.

• Administer and ensure the operation of IT infrastructure.
• Oversee the Indian outsourcing service for infrastructure management.
• Participate in weekly technical committees on various IT topics.
• Manage Active Directory and identity administration.
• Administer VMWare virtualization systems.
• Handle backup systems and incidents.
• Implement and maintain IT infrastructure for various systems.
• Document technical procedures and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve IT infrastructure issues.
• Ensure information security and accessibility.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Master's in Computer Science.
• Proven experience in an industrial environment.
• Problem-solving and incident resolution skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within the IT department.
• Experience with offshore management.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to document technical procedures.
• Knowledge of Windows systems and Azure AD.
• Experience with virtual environments (VMWare).
• Understanding of backup principles and ITIL tools.
