Overview

The Software Release Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the application park for Windows and MacOS environments, ensuring the lifecycle of application updates, and managing the associated reporting.

Requirements

• Bac +5 in Computer Science with 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Ability to identify and monitor product changes.
• Experience in collecting and synthesizing roadmap evolutions.
• Execute frequent and succinct information campaigns.
• Organize documentation and training artifacts.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with application packaging for SCCM and Intune.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience with ITSM ServiceNow.
