IAO Consultant - Remote

Overview

The IAO Consultant will provide support to users of RTR applications in Romania and Turkey, ensuring knowledge transfer and training while maintaining communication with corporate teams.

In Short

• Provide phone and on-site support for RTR users.
• Conduct training on IAO programs and applications.
• Maintain regular communication with corporate teams.
• Provide functional support in design and quality.
• Respond to major user difficulties with applications.
• Identify and report technical issues to administrators.
• Participate in testing during application updates.
• Organize tutoring sessions for users on NewPDM.

Requirements

• Bac + 5 in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics / Industrial.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Good knowledge of IAO applications.
• Interpersonal and transversal communication skills.
• Organization and prioritization skills.
• Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
• Advanced English and French language skills.
