In Short

• Advise, install, and customize POS and digital solutions (mainly remotely).
• Conduct analysis of training needs and design programs to train users and colleagues in the use of software packages and appropriate information systems.
• Collaborate with a project team, gaining a full understanding of the goals, objectives, and specific audiences.
• Analyze existing systems, interfaces, and business models.
• Recommend and implement solutions and improvements.
• Record and understand the requirements for complex customer solutions.
• Provide technical demonstrations of products and solutions.
• Identify customer training needs, organizing remote or on-site training sessions.
• Support implementation projects with testing and technical documentation writing.
• Assist application programmers, system developers, and other IT professionals in developing and testing IT products and services.
• Provide solutions to improve organizational efficiency and productivity.
