• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing support role.
• 2+ years of work-from-home experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and Google programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Interest in technology and ability to learn quickly.
