German/Polish Customer Support Specialist - Remote

Alphanumeric is hiring a Customer Engagement/Commercial Specialist to work supporting one of the biggest Pharma companies in the world. We're seeking candidates with a passion for customer service, who are able to problem-solve with a focus on strategic thinking.

In Short

• Remote position based in Poland.
• Temporary role until October 2026.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Support inquiries related to commercial, temperature, and storage questions.
• Identify and triage medical inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Document potential Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints.
• Must be fluent in English, German, and Polish.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Full training provided with access to E-Learning courses.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, German, and Polish.
• Legal documentation to work in Poland.
• Experience in customer service or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in pharma/biotech support preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexibility for training hours due to time zones.
• Experience with AWS Connect and Salesforce preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and contact center tools.
• Ability to handle multiple channels of communication.
