Alphanumeric is looking for a Junior Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience to work from home in Spain, supporting various projects for large pharmaceutical companies globally.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Fluency in English; another language is a plus.
• Understanding of various organizational roles.
• Education in HR Management, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.
• Experience recruiting diverse profiles.
• International recruiting experience.
