Overview

The Part Time Customer Service Representative will handle all aspects of customer service, acting as a liaison to provide product information, answer questions, and resolve problems efficiently.

• Manage incoming calls and text-based tickets.
• Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships with customers through open communication.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Keep records of customer interactions.
• Engage customers and provide best-in-class service.
• Coordinate resolution of customer complaints, reshipments, refunds, etc.
• Experience in a customer service role is a must.
• Excellent communication and positive attitude required.
• Affinity to fitness/healthy lifestyle is a plus.

Requirements

• Proven record of successful customer relationship management.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Customer orientation and adaptability to different characters.
• Experience using helpdesk platforms like Gorgias is a must.
• Experience in e-commerce platforms like Shopify is a plus.
