In Short

Responsible for in-house communications with patients/clients.
Verification of third-party reimbursement.
Answer incoming calls regarding orders and service questions.
Enter online orders into the operating system.
Respond to patient/client questions and problems.
Maintain professionalism in all communications.
Work a flexible schedule including weekends.
Promote teamwork among co-workers.
Demonstrate courtesy and patience with customers.
Perform other duties as requested.
