HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

In this role as an HR Generalist, your primary focus will be on the initial stages of the employee life cycle, from offer letter generation to pre-onboarding and through the first 90 days of employment. You will play a critical role in supporting employees during this crucial stage, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and set up for success.

In Short

• Prepare and distribute offer letters.
• Customize offer letters for compliance.
• Deliver a positive onboarding experience.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with new hires.
• Coordinate virtual new hire orientation sessions.
• Support engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Provide exceptional internal customer service.
• Collaborate with department heads.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an HR coordinator/generalist.
• Proven experience in managing onboarding processes.
• Proficiency in HRIS and ATS reporting.
• Experience with ADP, TriNet, or Deel preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
