• Join the Core Operations team as an Operations Enablement Manager.
• Design and execute scalable enablement strategies for a 150+ person team.
• Work closely with Ops Leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Utilize modern tools, including AI, for program design and insights.
• Shape enablement strategies to influence performance outcomes.
• Translate product and policy changes into effective training plans.
• Design onboarding and skill-building programs tailored to diverse needs.
• Drive the evolution of enablement strategies and frameworks.
• Support education initiatives across the Operations team.
• Passionate about mental health and organizational development.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in enablement or operations roles.
• Experience with content and learning management software.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Passionate about mental health and DE&I.
• Experience designing for scale with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
