Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years experience with Javascript/Typescript frameworks like React or Angular
• Passion for A/B testing and rapid prototyping
• Familiarity with web servers, application layer, caching, databases
• Experience with responsive layouts and frameworks like Sass
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong ownership and self-management skills
• Curiosity and open-mindedness
• Passion for web technologies and outdoor exploration
• AI Native: Comfort with AI tools to enhance work
