McDonald’s is seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer to own the development of our in-store technology as part of the Commercial Product & Platform organization, focusing on creating technology products that delight customers and enable restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with cloud technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Extensive programming experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React Native.
• Experience in developing Backend-For-Frontend (BFF) services in Java or C# is preferred.
• Experience with NoSQL databases and Redis Cache is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to tackle difficult issues in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and drive for continuous improvement.
