IT Engineer - Remote

Overview

As an IT Engineer at AllTrails, you will play a key role in ensuring employees have a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience while providing IT support in a primarily Mac-based environment.

In Short

• Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding for employees.
• Provide ad-hoc IT support in a Mac environment.
• Enforce MFA and best practices in GSuite.
• Manage equipment budget and policies.
• Update office network and LAN.
• Automate repetitive tasks.
• Manage conference room equipment.
• Manage roles and users in a SSO environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in IT operations.
• Hands-on experience with SSO, VPN, MDM.
• Experience leading IT projects and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems and network administration.
• Willingness to work 1 day a week in San Francisco HQ.
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle ambiguity with minimal guidance.
• Passion for the outdoors.
