Sourcing Lead Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Sourcing Lead Consultant strategically sources and leads a combination of assignments and commodities/categories of high complexity and risk, in support of Sourcing & Procurement Solutions (SPS) and client objectives.

In Short

• Manage relationships with key clients and coordinate sourcing/project teams.
• Perform Supplier Performance Management (SPM) process for assigned commodities.
• Develop and execute category strategies and plans.
• Negotiate contract terms and manage the contract process.
• Assess sourcing opportunities and make recommendations.
• Lead discussions with internal clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct business reviews with suppliers and clients.
• Document and measure supplier performance.
• Create and implement SPM plans and compliance standards.
• Manage internal compliance with guidelines and take corrective actions.

Requirements

• 4 year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
• 12 or more years of experience (Preferred).
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
