We are looking for a seasoned Homeowner Field Adjuster to join our team in Springfield, Missouri, to manage a wide range of homeowner claims and write estimates confidently.

Requirements

• 4 year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
• 3 or more years of experience in claims adjusting (Preferred).
• Ability to manage complex homeowner losses.
• Mastery in estimating fundamentals.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
